Dr Amitabh Kumar completed his MBBS from Nalanda Medical College , Patna in 1995 and Diploma in Ophthalmology from the Tamil Nadu Dr M.G.R Medical University in 2001. He completed Uvea fellowship from Medical Research Foundation, Sankara Nethralaya from 2004 to 2006. He joined in Sankara Nethralaya, Chennai and is currently working as a senior consultant in the department of Uvea in Sankara Nethralaya , Kolkata. He has published various papers in national and international journals, and has delivered various talks in national as well as international conferences.
