Dr Lingam Gopal is a trained Specialist in vitreo retinal diseases (surgical and medical) as well as neuro- ophthalmology. He is a postgraduate from PGIMER, Chandigarh and did vitreo retinal fellow ship under Dr Badrinath of Sankara Nethralaya. He also trained as epidemiologist from university of London. He is a fellow of the National academy of Medical sciences, New Delhi and a fellow of the Royal college of surgeons, Edinburgh.
